ABOUT GOGA
Goat Yoga, otherwise known as 'Goga' is made up of a 45 minute Vinyasa-style yoga class and 15 minute cuddle time. There will be plenty of photo opportunities during the session so you can capture your experience and share it.
Your certified Goga teacher will guide you through gentle poses to calm your mind and strengthen your body.
These classes are suitable for adults and children aged 8+ with an participating adult. The goats will wander freely between you the entire class duration while you stretch your body and relax your mind.

Petting and playing with the goats during the session will boost serotonin and dopamine levels in the brain, and decrease cortisol levels. Serotonin and dopamine are responsible for impulse control and mood moderation. Lower levels of these chemicals results in an increased risk of depression and risk-taking behaviours. The hormone cortisol is released in response to stress.
